Overview

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange.

We don’t refund the money, but you can return the product and we keep your money in our system so you can buy any other item you like (you won’t loose your money). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as jewellery or stickers cannot be returned. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

WE DO NOT REFOUND.

You can simply return any item within 14 calendar days  from the date of delivery, and we will keep you money, so you can buy any other item.

Customer needs to bear the return shipping fee and any cost incurred.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@karont.com and send your item to: C/Cortit, 21.

For a sizing change: We do not do exchanges of products.
In an exceptional case, you can simply return any item within 14 calendar days  from the date of delivery, and we will keep your money, so you can buy the same item in another size.

Shipping returns

In case we accept the change of the product (not the return), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
